Dear Branch Head

To be filled by the Branch Head to indicate and inform the Head office - Department of Fee & IT (DFIT) and it that a student has been absent from the Branch/Campus for a duration for more than 30 Days without notice and his/her tuition & fees has been outstanding for a period of more than 2 Months.

Kindly SOS the following students as they are not comming to the school

Kindly call the parent and reconfirm the reasons for absence or unauthorized leave from the school/college? If the parents are not available on the phone kindly courier them a letter and if there is no reply then use this form RSOS-001 and send it to Head Office address (Manager, Department of Fee & IT DFIT, Roots School System, 74 Harley Street, Rawalpindi,46000).
