Roots School may revise these terms from time to time by updating this posting, with the revised terms taking effect as of the date of its posting. Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this web site. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use the Web Site.

Use of Materials on this Web Site

Roots School maintains this Web Site for your personal information and education. You may download on one computer or print one copy of the material on this Web Site for your own non-commercial, educational, private or domestic use only, provided (i) no documents or related graphics on the Web Site are modified in any way; (ii) no graphics on the Web Site are used separately from the corresponding text; and (iii) you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. You may establish a link to the Web Site from a third party site provided: (1) the link does not imply any association, endorsement or sponsorship by Roots School System of your site or any products or services offered on your site; (2) the link is to the Roots School System home page at (http://www.rootsschool.edu.pk) (3) linked pages from the Web Site are displayed without alteration of any kind; specifically, you may not cause a user’s web browser to display a “framed” version of the Web Site in response to activating a link (4) you do not link from a website that is not owned by you; and (5) your website does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial, infringes any intellectual property rights or other right of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.
Roots School System expressly reserves the right to revoke the right granted in this paragraph for breach of these terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.

Your Submissions

Any communication or material you transmit to the Web Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any data, questions or answers, comments, suggestions, or the like will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary by Roots School System. By posting communications to the Web Site, you automatically grant Roots School a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display such communication(s) alone, or as a part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known of hereafter developed and to sublicense such rights to anyone. Anything you transmit or post may be used by Roots School or licensed to others by Roots School for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, human resources and posting, or developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.

(a) that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience; or

Roots School System shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities and Pakistan Cyber Crime Authority or court order requesting or directing Roots School System to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these terms and conditions.

Privacy

Roots School System analyses aggregate and non-personally identifiable data relating to usage of this site. Email addresses and other personally identifying data about you are only made known to Roots School System when voluntarily submitted to us by you. In addition, we may use previously submitted Email addresses and other contact information to communicate with visitors.

Disclaimer

The information on this site is intended for general information purposes only and is not intended to serve as financial or other advice, nor as the basis of a contract. Your use of the Web Site is at your own risk. Roots School System does not warrant or represent that Roots School System Material is accurate, error-free, truthful or reliable or that your use of Roots School’s Material will not infringe rights of third parties. Service Access

While Roots School System endeavours to ensure that the Web Site is normally available 24 hours a day, Roots School System shall not be liable if for any reason the Web Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to the Web Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of Roots School System.

Limitation of Liability

Severability

If any portion of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with Pakistan law to the greatest extent possible. If any of the terms of this Agreement become or are declared to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such term(s) shall be null and void and shall be deemed deleted from this Agreement. All remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistan courts. The waiver by Roots School System RSS of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate to be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
