In today’s complex world your future is determined by your ability to master the basics of reading science, mathematics and computers. Yet some issues often prevent your access to quality regular studies. Roots e-learning can support and reinforce these essential skills.

This portal is a new horizon for independent learning. Under the prevailing circumstances we all have to meet challenges and so do we expect responsibility and maturity from you. We have set up this portal to facilitate distant learning. For concept understanding we have provided you with ‘Student Resources’ as well as ‘Teachers Advice’ for each subject. Remember to set goals with clear criteria for success.

To develop your four basic skills reading writing speaking and listening together with numeracy and scientific enquiry skills certain suggestions are given which you need to follow.

  • Allocate time for regular studies on daily basis.
  • Watch News and informative channels.
  • Record your daily life by writing a diary daily.
  • For languages make a habit of reading, writing as well as speaking and listening. Make talk partners, read newspapers, visit local libraries and old book banks. Start making a collection of your own favourite books.
  • Practice makes a man perfect and to master mathematics the more you practice the better you are.
  • Focus on chapter reading, scientific inquiry, collecting data and finding conclusions.
  • History geography, social studies and Istamiyat requires chapter reading and inquire through different resources.
  • Learn how to relate academia with practical life experiences. Geography concept can be enhanced through watching different geographical channels and observing things around you like climate, day and night your closest town while on a drive, similarly in mathematics relate algebra to find any unknown amount, enhance mental mathematics while purchasing items from a mart or shop.
  • In-door sports include monopoly, scrabble, Lego, chess to stimulate your mental mechanism.
  • Help your parents through helping yourself by means of picking your mess yourself and showing obedience and respecting them.
  • Always solve your problems by thinking positively and logically.
  • Do not develop the habit of passing the blame and taking the fame.
  • Accept your mistakes open heartedly; this will help you to learn more and move forward.
  • Always be the first one to harness any squabble amongst siblings.
